How do I change or cancel an order?

You may cancel or change an order by calling (888) 927-8312. You need to have the service address available for cancellation or making changes to your order. All order modifications must be done one business day in advance to allow for processing. Cancellation fees are charged for all cancelled orders per the terms of the agreement.


What if I need a larger container?

Please review container sizes for assistance in confirming the best-sized container to fit your needs. If the container you have rented has filled-up but your project/need is not completed, please call customer service with your order number at (888) 927-8312 for future options. Additional fees may apply.


What if the date I need the container changes?

You may change an order by calling (888) 927-8312. You need to have your service location available for making changes to your order. All order modifications must be done one business day in advance to allow for processing.

Is it necessary for someone to be there when they deliver or remove my container?

It is preferred, but not necessary, to have someone onsite for delivery or removal of the container. However, please be as specific as possible when answering the delivery questions, as the driver will use their best judgment and place the container in the safest accessible area when delivering the container. If an onsite contact is not available for delivery, you will be responsible for all charges involved with relocation of the dumpster should it be necessary. For removal; customer agrees to provide unobstructed access to the equipment on the scheduled pick-up day; if equipment is inaccessible customer is subject to additional pick-up charges, as terms and conditions apply.


How many tons can I put in my container?

Certain materials such as concrete and dirt can be very heavy and can quite possibly exceed weight limits for public roadways in your area.  Heavy loads also place undue safety risks for all traffic. Before placing any of these heavier materials in any containers, please review the terms and conditions of your agreement and contact Dumpster Management at (888) 927-8312 for guidance. Under no conditions should a container be loaded above the fill line, even with light material.


Will I be billed for extra weight?

Yes, if your tonnage goes over the included tons quoted in your order you will be billed for the additional costs associated with that disposal per the terms of the agreement.
